Maureen Blong, 22, graduated from Shawnee High School and is currently a senior Special Education major at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where she founded a chapter of SADD.  Following graduation, Maureen plans to attend graduate school pursuing a Masters in Special Education as well as her work focusing on drinking and driving.
