Jess Lawler, 21, attends The College of the Albermarle in North Carolina and is transferring to East Carolina University in the fall as a Special Education major.  She desires to communicate and assist the hearing impaired through sign language.  As a member of MADD, Jess spoke at the 2000 "Booze it or Lose It " campaign with national president Milly Webb. She likes to surf, run, roller blade, swim, scuba dive, and bond with her "familia."
